- Offering regular business and economic insights on industry segments of interest to the client;
- Identifying Indian companies that would fit the client’s interest (for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, supply of equipment and know how, and private equity investments) and arranging meetings with those companies at the appropriate level for the client to make an on-the-ground assessment;
- Conducting due diligence (particularly reputation of the Indian company in the market) on behalf of foreign investors, lenders and other parties wishing to enter the Indian market and/or pursue opportunities in India.

- Providing follow-up briefs on the meetings and liaison with Indian companies on behalf of the client until an agreement is reached;

- Arranging meetings with U.S. companies for negotiating tie ups in India and representing the Indian clients in the U.S. in its talks with American companies. This service is provided through IBI’s associates in the U.S.

- Connecting to a local investment banking company, Agile Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. that specialises in strategising for small and medium size firms wanting to raise capital, debt, and mergers and acquisitions.
